Booking terms and conditions _ Please read carefully.

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A booking fee is required to secure your appointment, this will be deducted from the full cost of your treatment.
  • If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice or do not turn up for your appointment you will forfeit your booking fee. 
  • If you do not turn up for your topup appointment you will incur an extra charge (an additional booking fee) on top of the price of your topup.
  • If you need to cancel before the 48hr time frame you can transfer your booking fee to another appointment once only. Cancelling your second appointment will forfeit your booking fee and another booking fee will be needed for a third appointment. 
  • A patch test is required for all new clients.
  • You must agree to follow all pre-care and post aftercare given, failure to do so will affect your final results. If aftercare is not followed properly any additional treatments needed will be charged accordingly.
  • Permanent makeup is a process of two treatments and results are not final until both treatments have been completed and healed, you must wait the full 4 weeks between treatments and 4 weeks after topup for your results to be final.
  • You must disclose all medical conditions and medications prior to treatment as this may affect your ability to participate in the treatment or the treatment outcome.
  • You must not be pregnant or breast feeding.
